Where is the value? Tax Law!

Estate Planning and Elder Law are other areas of law that require knowledge in tax law. Many lawyers can draft a Last Will & Testament, Living Revocable Trust, or Irrevocable Trust.

I have drafted many of these documents. But where is the value in hiring this firm as opposed to another firm? Its simply tax law! You may be thinking about protecting assets for your children, or simply making sure that all your affairs are in order.

Although you or your lawyer may have simple, common sense methods of meeting these goals, you MUST NOT overlook your tax consequences.
